Ian is a great customer service representative. When our key card wasnt opening the room, he accommodated us with a larger room. This turned out great because it had a kitchenette in it. It also was equipped with handicapped accessible shower which is easier for my sister. Next time we stay there we want this room.

Ian who worked the counter when we arrived later in the afternoon. He was excellent and found out we were all in town for a funeral. He quickly gave us the bereavement discount as well as his condolences. The next morning the staff was outstanding! Breakfast lady was amazing, she offered to help others, went over and above her call of duty

Greeted by very friendly staff. Lightning fast check in! Had exactly the type/location room that I had requested. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Good hot breakfast. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and a variety of breads and cereals with all the fixin's.

The property look good and has good amenities including a nice indoor pool area. The beds we’re comfortable and clean. Everything worked fine and breakfast was minimal but good.

Room was great as well as the breakfast. The availability of the pizza oven was a huge plus!

I thought the front desk staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. But other than that the place was so beautiful when you walk in. 🙂
