Ian is a great customer service representative. When our key card wasnt opening the room, he accommodated us with a larger room. This turned out great because it had a kitchenette in it. It also was equipped with handicapped accessible shower which is easier for my sister. Next time we stay there we want this room.

Ian who worked the counter when we arrived later in the afternoon. He was excellent and found out we were all in town for a funeral. He quickly gave us the bereavement discount as well as his condolences. The next morning the staff was outstanding! Breakfast lady was amazing, she offered to help others, went over and above her call of duty

The property look good and has good amenities including a nice indoor pool area. The beds we’re comfortable and clean. Everything worked fine and breakfast was minimal but good.

I thought the front desk staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. But other than that the place was so beautiful when you walk in. 🙂

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Everyone from the desk clerk, breakfast "head Fairy", to the night staff were exceptional.

Nice updated room, pool, and spa clean, and spa was hot...like it should be. The food was good.

The breakfast was fabulous, I had a delicious waffle and large blueberry muffin, my partner had cereal and toast, all good. But we are coffee drinkers, he all black, me, a couple french vanilla cream. They had the best coffee hands down in town. And it was ready 24/hrs. day.

The staff was so friendly. I was staying here while waiting for my brother to be discharged from the hospital. They were so nice to let me use an empty conference room to work while I waited after checking out of my room.
